Six Week Health Week 6

Today I'll be writing about how I make my favorite Mixed Fruit Meal in this entry to the week health challenge hosted by @healthsquared and @sweetsssj.

The Mixed fruit Dessert is quite popular but I have my own methods. A special way my dad used to make them. Thanks a lot for teaching me dad, cherish this forever.

Ingredients

  • Curd

  • Condensed Milk

  • Apple

  • Pomegranate

  • Mango

  • Banana

  • Any other fruit you may desire

  • Cashew nuts

  • Cardamon powder

Method

  • Slice or dice up the Apple, mango and banana as desired. You can add any fruit you want.

  • Add all the sliced fruits together into a big bowl.

  • Add the curd

  • Add the condensed milk

  • Mix it all up

  • Garnish with cardamon powder

  • Add pomegranate and cashew nut toppings.

  • You can serve it chilled, but surprisingly I prefer it at room temperature.
