Week FOUR of #sixweekhealth Challenge: healthy cake.
Welcome my Steemit's friends. Today I will tell you about how to cooking a low fat and sugar cake.
First I show you the ingredients, we need:
100 gr of flour
80 gr of oatmeal
80 gr of raisins
70gr of sesame
40 gr of sugar
50cm of oil
A piece of pumpkin
Two bananas
A plantain
Two carrots
A little of pumpkin seeds
We peel the piece of pumpkin, the carrots and the plantain, cut all in cubes and boil it until the pumpkin is soft.
We take the little of pumpkin seeds and toast.
We have to liquefy the cooked plantain, carrots and pumpkin, and add slowly the other ingredients while churning the mash.
First add the flour and the little of sugar.
Next add the bananas, raisins, sesame and oil, and continue churning the mash.
The mash is poured in a mold for cooking and decorated with fruits and seeds.
The oven is preheating and, cook the cake at 250 °C while 1 hour.
We decorated with coconut and, finally we are ready to eat and enjoy this beautiful, delicious and healthy cake, cooked only with a little of sugar.
