In this recipe we will learn how to make broccoli au gratin with egg, this preparation with few ingredients is very quick to make the result is a delicious garnish that you can combine with any dish. It is also a low calorie dish with all the benefits of broccoli vitamins minerals and antioxidants.
Smashed broccoli.
Ingredients:
150 Grams of Broccoli
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 Egg Unit
Bechamel sauce
1 Tablespoon Butter dessert
1 Tablespoon dessert flour
100 Mililiters of Milk
1 pinch of salt
1 Pinch of Pepper
Steps to follow to make this recipe:
1-Before making broccoli au gratin, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
2-In a pot with boiling water, cook the broccoli saplings for 15 minutes until soft, drain and set aside.
3-Besides, to make the béchamel sauce, heat a pan with butter until it melts. Add the flour and cook over low heat until golden brown.
4-Also add the milk little by little and continue with the cooking low heat, stirring constantly until you get a smooth and homogeneous sauce, salt and pepper.
5-In a refractory add the broccoli trees, add salt and pepper and add the béchamel sauce.
6-Finally add the whole egg, salt and pepper and add the slices of mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180 ° C. for 10 minutes.
