Hi guys, I'm Kossy omeludike .What I do to de-stress myself...this is indeed a beautiful topic. As a medical student I for actually know what stress is all about and indeed I have experienced it time and time again. It ranges from academic stress, mental stress, domestic stress(this is where I grouped my house chores, preparing meals, and other running around)I couldn't cope with all these in my early days in medical school,mental breakdowns seemed to be my specialty at that time but as it stands now I've adopted several adaptive mechanisms that have stood the test of about two years.I usually would take out time to go hangout with a lot of friends!IMG-20170825-WA0003.jpg I go to see movies in the cinema!IMG-20170810-WA0003.jpgI read books a lot.I play games like ludo, monopoly.
