Thanks for this contest @healthsquared and @sweetsssj,
I dont know if this works for everybody but to me when am stressed out, then i simply locate my chess board. This is because, firstly i will leave the environment that the stress might probably had come from.
Then secondly it allows me to channel my energy into the game instead of thinking about what might have caused the emotional stress.
Okay, for those who might be interested, plying chess is not really difficult, just gets your board and hits the game. This might not work for everybody but you can give it a try. image
