It's Yoga so you know it's gentle and healing.
Working out with yoga
The aim of starting like this is to first calm the soul.
Then I start to stretch out my body to get my internal energy in harmony
I can feel the positive energy perfusing all through me.
Yoga if practiced well gives one perfect control over his/her body.
Allowing you to achieve great levels of concentration and fitness.
