WEEK ONE (cook a healthy recipe) Six Week Health Food -2: Baked chicken breast and garden salad

- Ingredients:
For chicken:
3 pieces chicken steak
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tsp crushed garlic
Salt,pepper.
For the salad:
Curly,cherry tomatoes,black olives,cucumber,goat cheese,red onion.
Lemon,apple cider vinegar,olive oil, and salt.
- Preparation:
We mix all the other ingredients with olive oil and butter and apply them on the chickens. We unravel the oven Bag, Place the chickens, and bake them in the oven that we set to 200 degrees only until they are red and color. After removing it from the oven,take it to the service plate and slice it,toss the sauce in the bag, and prepare the salad...
Now they're ready for service...And very tasty
