#Ulog 016: Is A Vote Free?

The weekly steemgigs discord show with @surpassinggoogle was a huge success.

Though, due to the Nigerian match yesterday, a lot of people had to leave on time.

My phone also went off at some point but I was able to pick up a few things.

Steemit is a social media blogging platform built on the Steem Blockchain. Most at times, we forget that community does matter. Before Steemit, there was life. On the Steem Blockchain, interact with communities, make friends and watch how things go.

The system you seek is the sistem next to you.

Curation in its Full Essence

Answer: Generally, we can't say a vote is free. There's actually a cost here

1. Curation comes with a gift. 25% of the rewards is for curators. It is shared amongst the voters.

2. There's community involved in Curation.

3. There are bigger things/factors involved in Curation.

4. Every curator has their style.

5. Content is Priceless

6. Terry's Curation has a timeliness value to it

7. Curation also involves commenting

8. Some people look for consistency. Another factor is the consistency factor.

9. Curation doesn't necessarily mean an Upvote, a resteem could go a long way too

I was having a bad mood so I only decided to stay quiet.

I got healed when Darren Claxton, I don't know his Steemit username sang some beautiful melodies.
It was indeed a healing session for me as he lifted my spirits.

@edprivat also joined him in the singing and I was so close to tears.

They were singing and healing my wounds.

I didn't want it to end, but it had to eventually as I had to leave.
