Paper Cents will be for those of us who like carrying "Folding Coinage" in our "Wallets"...
Since the Fiat Dollars have lost 99% of their Spending Power, the Exchange Rate will be One Paper Dollar for One Paper Cent, with "no loss" of Spending Power...
Paper Coinage shouldn't be too hard to believe, could it...???
After all my years of writing about it, I still feel that most people can't seem to wrap their heads around how simple my "Fine Tuned" version of the coming U.S. Monetary Correction is...
If you were searching for something hard to answer, it sure wouldn't be the Monetary System I came up with...
Too bad there wasn't someone like me, when our First Silver and Gold Coins were decided upon...
What makes my System better than all the rest, is that the "Face Values" of our Paper Coinage, Electronic Coinage and Common Coinage will be in "Perfect Balance" with the "Face Values" of our Silver, Gold, Platinum and Palladium Coins...
Our older 90% Silver and Gold Collector Coins, will also be used to back our Paper, Electronic and Common Coinage...
I'm the only one writing about "Coins" backing our "Coins"...
It all seems very simple to me...
Who thinks I became my own Best Student...???
Where do New ideas come from, it not someone's Wild imagination...???
If I were to come up with an New Game that used Silver and Gold Coins, that backed Paper, Electronic and Common Coinage, do you think it would be easy enough for Children to Play the Game...???
That last Sentence, just made me laugh...
Perhaps I should come up with a New Board Game for Children...
I was always the Banker when we played Monopoly...
Oh wow, I suppose that gives me Banking Experience...lol...
Anyway...

I have only read about this monetary change in your posts. I am honest, I think that having paper cents is not very feasible. Paper tends to disappear and many already use only cell phones, even for transactions.
Paper Coinage is just one option... We'll also have Electronic Coinage and Common Coinage... Paper Cents will be replacing Paper Dollars... They will have the same Spending Power as Paper Dollars... I like having lots of options... If it were up to the Central Bank Owners, we'd only have One Option...
