Unleashing the worst of Russians to defend the Siberian Tigers against all enemies and chinese poachers

It is simple, please help me devise the most crual, inhuman, barbarian, devoided of all morality plan to save the siberian tigers from poaching.

I can't imagine a world without this beautiful being around. Sadly for Chinese poachers, traders and consumers, such consideration are beyond their consciousness horizon. they just think in simple term as this specie is rare, the demand high as such the risk worth it to try to kill one to bring it over to Asia to be slaughtered and consumed.

There is no worst crime in my book. And knowing that the Russians security service will be at full capacity during the soccer world cup, it may let a space for those inhuman poachers to operate. As such I propose the standard, kill strip and disperse the remains of the foreigners poachers.

Concerning the native, who have across thousand of years been able to live side by side, I deeply think that they should just get a basic unconditional income for their past efforts. But more seriously, prosperous, educated people can't do such thing as poaching the last remainers and survivors of the greatest cat ever and with education can devise better plan to earn a living.

As most in china are aware of how stupid it is to eat the last survivors of a species, it's important to make advertisement and raising awareness of young and old Chineses about the need to protect endangered species, and not only the fucking panda, and that only a strong vigorous no exception and hard punishment (death) of the illegal trade can incentive to permit the species recover fully.
