personnaly I think that:
1 authorization to go in those area should be mandatory for foreigners, otherwise killed on sight, no question asked.
can be combined with special force training... or what ever. as long as the poachers are shot and killed on sight. no question about what you are doing there, simply . shot, killed, specially in the back, not even understood what happen to them.
like in everything emotions are sometimes bad, so the poachers aren't really killed yet, first extract all the data, and then dispose of the body, then wage war to climb the trail back, and if it means blowing the imperial what the fuck kitchen in beijing, so be it ! no mercy. it's btw a nice way to test sino russian relationship, and see how they really behave once of their top guys is implicated, if it's as always Death penalty move on, I am fine with it and hope that the protecting relation continues... it's a war. and the tiger must win !
