Which @topkpop? For a while I couldn't join a discord server without finding there was a topkpop there. Eventually, I just had to conclude there were a whole bunch of them, nobody could be in that many places at once.

I've met a few of these topkpop people. You're right. There are quite a few of them and they seem to be everywhere I go. I got to a room, she's there. I go to the next room..she's there. I have no clue how to get to a place where she isn't. ;)
I don't think you can. I've just given trying and accept that @topkpop is just a wonderful part of steemit and discord.
