Sleep is a very important factor of healthy living so if you dont get the necessary amount of sleep there will be ripple effect on your health. Also constant sleeping late deprives the body the needed amount of sleep specially when you have to jump off from your bed to catch early morning bus or train so that you wont be late for work.
