Today was an important Meeting for Ukiah, CA Regarding homeless

The marketing headline was "Hand Up Not Hand Out." An expert was brought in named Dr. Robert Marbut (for multiple meetings already occurred and was the presenter today).

Really it was full of logical, practical analysis and solutions (pointing Mendocino County into a general direction). The community was on the right track prior to Robert's intervention and/or advice over the last few months including the planned opening of resource center this summer where multiple agencies can coordinate help and build a case management database of the homeless.

Overall it's good progress and very excited to see the community come together (the room was packed) to solve this much needed problem to help their fellow city dwellers who don't have the resources the richest country in the world should provide (with proper opportunities to earn).
