We often neglect to express our subconscious mind. The hidden most desires, the things that we’re more sensitive with, our emotional grudges, our instinctive responses, immediate reactions to attacking behaviours, childhood traumas, our past pains and yearning for a much better life. These are only a few of our innermost subconscious minds are thinking, that we never see an importance to express, acknowledge and sometimes be aware of. Life has different cycles to bear. Create a welcoming environment in which you yourself can open to your world of desires, hopes and fears that are never neglected but gratifyingly expressed.

It is like a child nurtured with real love with a space to grow and learn freely. A home with endearing feelings expressed openly without fear of judgement. A friend who is willing to listen without imposing his/her verdict.

Life could be meaningful if we can conform to our essential reality.
