Sweet Potato From Hell
Harvested the 2nd batch of sweet potatoes yesterday. I was afraid the harvest would be just as patethic as it was last year. Until I dug up this one.... size does matter 😉🥔🌱

That does look plenty big. Not everything that gets that big tastes good, though. I'm guessing in this case there isn't much of a flavor change since you seem to happy with the fact that it's grown larger than what you had from last year and this year.
We've yet to grow any sweet potatoes, which is sad, because I really do like them. I normally only get to eat them for Thanksgiving, and that's only if my wife doesn't accidentally get the yams instead, which I really don't like the taste or the texture of at all. :)

Thanks. I always feel like this year wasn't a success, mainly because a pest wiped out my garden ,ay too soon. But when I see this, I realize I shouldn't complain. We had loads of harvest this year, the sweet potatoes being one of them :0)
