I built a little set for my Chinese warrior with some pebbles and an old piece of wood. As always he's standing ready for action. The shadow magically makes him seem more real. This warrior is a miniature replica of one of the 7000 life-sized Terra Cotta Warriors that were discovered in an emperor's tomb back in the 1970s. Farmers discovered the tomb that had been closed off since the emperor was buried in the 3rd Century. I shot the scene with my Canon 5D camera and EF 70-200mm lens.

Reminds me of an office I worked at a few times - they had a life-sized (or slightly larger than life) Chinese warrior in their meeting room. Should have snapped a photo!
