Sonic Groove Live week 20 - Barlovento (Cover)
This is the group, in small format, with which I'm working on my project of Venezuelan and Russian songs versioned in salsa.
In that project I include some of the most known and popular Venezuelan traditional songs. This one, "Barlovento" (dedicated to a region of the central Venezuelan coast), is one of them. Originally it is a Venezuelan merengue by the great composer Eduardo Serrano. A song with an incomparable success and that has been recorded countless times.

Este es el grupo con el que estoy trabajando mi proyecto, en pequeño formato, de canciones venezolanas y rusas versionadas en salsa.
En ese proyecto incluyo algunas de las canciones tradicionales venezolanas más conocidas y populares. Esta de hoy, "Barlovento" (dedicado a una región de la costa central venezolana), es una de ellas. Originalmente se trata de un merengue venezolano del gran compositor Edurado Serrano. Una canción con un éxito incomparable y que ha sido grabada infinidad de veces.

Dies ist die Gruppe (in kleinem Format), mit der ich an meinem Projekt venezolanischer und russischer Lieder, die in Salsa versioniert sind, arbeite.
In diesem Projekt sind einige der bekanntesten und beliebtesten venezolanischen traditionellen Lieder enthalten. Das heutige, "Barlovento" (einer Region der zentralen venezolanischen Küste gewidmet), ist einer von ihnen. Ursprünglich war es ein venezolanische Merengue vom großen Komponisten Eduardo Serrano. Ein Song mit unvergleichlichem Erfolg, der unzählige Male aufgenommen wurde.
