I don't know about fully naked. But I've seen women get really aggressive with half naked guys. Multiple times. lol even fully clothed sometimes.

Yes sure of course, there are always exceptions but generally speaking the sight of a naked man does not get a woman turned on, not like men get when they see some female flesh.
Why do you think in art and porn the female body is so much on show and the men are just a side show? Everyone prefers to look at the female form.
