4chan- Seth Rich Attending Surgeon Asserts Wounds Were Not Fatal

This was a post yesterday from 3chan that many apparently think is authentic- how difficult could it be to ID this attending surgeon and seek verification of his account of the situation?

If this post was indeed written by an attending surgeon than it would appear as if Seth Rich was murdered in the hospital and even worse under a heavy police presence.

Then there's the connection between Dr. Jack Sava who is the Director of the Gold Surgery team at Washington Hospital Centr.........

..........and Lisa Kountoupes who is a Washington lobbyist and associate of the Podesta's- in this email (see attachment) from the Podesta emails you can see that Lisa and Jack are attending a retreat together. What I don't understand is why it seems to be a well kept secret as to where Seth Rich which hospital Seth Roch was taken to after he was shot- why would that need to remain under wraps unless something was amiss?
