I have seen many websites with more than 40 articles published with great SEO, but zero traffic & not ranking for any keywords. There are 2 main reasons why your website gets failed or not ranking on Google.

1. Using Cheap Hosting
It's one of the most common issue & that issue is even ignored by many experienced SEO experts. They buy cheap hosting & in return their websites remain offline for 2 to 3 hours per day or per week. Google hate such type of sites.
It doesn't matter the content on the website as per Google but your website is not gonna rank in any way if you are using cheap hosting. I suggest you to use a good hosting.
If you can't use a good hosting, then use the fastest free hosting provided by Google in the form of Blogger where you can attach your custom .com domain free of cost.
2. Negative or Zero User Experience
Many experts don't know what is user experience and It took me 2 weeks to understand the true meaning of user experience when I entered in this field. Many People use worst theme who gives zero user experience to users.
I know you can't make amazing themes, but you can make use of the many themes as per requirements.
I suggest you to make your site which should look Like Professional! That's why, having great user experience is the key to success.
