Are We Heading into A Segwit Pump.
A Few Days Ago I Recommended People Pay Attention to Crypto Currencies That are Trying to Implement Segwit.
These crypto currencies include Litecoin, Vertcoin, Viacoin and my favorite Digibyte. The ones with the greatest chance to do it seem to be Litecoin and Digibyte. I personally own both of these Crypto Currencies.

The First Mover Advantage will be Huge.
Whatever Crypto Currency adopts Segwit first will benefit. This will provide them with a huge push in the media. Since Bitcoin can't decide what direction it wants to go maybe one of these other coins can step up and show us whether or not Segwit is everything it is cracked up to be.
Personally I believe Digibyte will do it first and that is because they seem to be the most open to it. Litecoin has an issue with one of it's largest mining pools resisting. If Litecoin can get this straightened out I expect Litecoin will return huge gains for those who have been holding the Crypto.

Digibyte Segwit Adoption.
Some Folks Follow Charts I Follow Trends.
If you were paying attention to Crypto Currencies over the last few months you saw coins with Masternodes do very well. For example Dash, @PIVX, Crown and now Stratis. This trend might continue but I think the next trend will be Segwit adoption. This is going to be a fun month!

Very great p0st! Charts Vs. Trends whatever you choose I suppose. Charts display trends as well but to utilize both will give you an advantage ;)

Glad you brought up Trends because there were plenty of times and even recent, when I knew of the trend(s) yet I would make bad trading decisions by either not getting involved 0r getting out of something while the trend was happening. For instance, when I first heard that Litecoin was going to be traded on the Coinbase platform AND by hearing of the Segwit movement, my mind was telling me to buy while it was still pretty cheap compared to now($5) yet, I waited a couple days with doubt then BAM too late as price shoots up to double digits thus making me upset that I didn't get on-board then to only find myself not wanting to get in. The mind can play tricky games so, in the words of @craig-grant "just let it flow" ;)

I do find it interesting that, on Poloniex, the "banhammer" came out whenever someone mentioned Segwit.
First-mover advantage might be great here, to your point, but probably won't be as good as the advantage some coin will have from best communicating what Segwit means to the coinholders and users.

First comes the pump then comes the ..... I sold off a load of Digibyte a while ago at a small loss. The android wallet kept crashing and needing a resync too often. I'm sure it's fixed now. This year is going to be historical for crypto, 2013 is going to be a blip in comparison

Yes, I do agree, it will all be about SegWit adoption. And there are exciting times ahead. Specially seeing how the market domination of BTC is dropping rapidly while the total Market capacity is almost bursting through 30 billion USD!
Now, I wonder if they get it at the Bitcoin side that SegWit might be a good thing to adopt...
It is like watching a crypto soap opera, cliffhanger being if Bitcoin will follow the SigWit lead of others and gets to domination again. And will the total market cap go past 30 billion...?
