New Seed Node Open for Business: 176.31.126.187:2001

After some initial setup trouble, my witness seed-node is finally up and running! I started out trying to get a "bare minimum" (cheap) server up and running, but I ran into some issues with it running out of resources. I decided to spring for the extra SBD and go with a nice server. This should provide the community with a reliable server and fast response times :)

It is located in a data-center in France, so the largest benefit will be to European users.

The address of the server is: 176.31.126.187:2001

Here are the specs for the server:

• OS: Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS
• Processor: Intel Xeon E3 1225v2
• Frequency : 3.2 GHz+
• Cores: 4
• Threads: 4
• RAM: 16 GB DDR3
• HD: 3 x 120 GB SSD
• RAID: Soft
• Network card: 1 Gbps
• Bandwidth: 250 Mbps
• Traffic: Unlimited

I am looking into getting the node added to @wackou's https://status.steemnodes.com/ page. Hopefully it will get added soon.

I am using Supervisor to monitor the steemd instance and automatically restart if the application or server crashes for any reason.
