MARINA PAPERLESS SYSTEM (A guide to FILIPINO Seafarers)

The MARINA paperless was started and been Implemented this March 05, 2018. And we know that Computer is not in our scope of Expertise as a Seafarer. And because of the reason that this is new to us, we are still cramming on how or what to do first to start our Documentary Applications by applying the new Paperless system. I hope this steps prepared by me can help you gain some Idea for us to save Time and Money. So here we go..... in 1... 2...... 3

1st. We must first get our unique SRN (Seafarers Registration Number), you can create your account on your own or get yours by the help of a MARINA Officer. You just need to have your SIRB Number to Create an account

2nd. Before getting a blue form to fill-up. You must need to upload your Documents by logging in into your account here http://www.stcw.marina.gov.ph(Please see the Picture Below)

Please just Follow the steps below on how to upload your documents.
P.S. you don't need your documents to be scanned using a computer scanner. Download using you apple app store for Apple Users and playstore for google Android users the CAMSCAN App.

OK here we go.

This will gotta be your account looklike ☟️
Click on the encircled key

Scoll down and upload your documents.

3rd. FILL UP THE BLUE FORM

4th. After completion, you can now report to the Verification Section of the MARINA stcw with your Original Documents

5th. Pay for your Certification Fee in the Cashier

6th. image Capturing

7th. Wait for your scheduled Date and Gotcha.
