It's a great title but probably not for this movie. Unfortunately, a voice in the lead's head saying 'Better Left Unsaid"' would give him a way to clear his conscience without doing anything.
Now that you mentioned that your lead is thinking very wisely in that concept of thought. Does kind of leave it open to suggest an out from dealing with the situations in a manner to do nothing at all. Lays the title out there too much to say, no story or dynamics coming at ya lol. Like the title though, maybe for another piece of work more fitting. Smart lead you got there, thinking it through
