Reflection:
Many of us unconsciously think of something in a negative way and try to solve the problem any how and if the problem persist, it became stress in our mind, a nagging and throbbing feeling inside the mind. We could not understand it and thing of it as natural occurrence as we live with the problem.

If we think minutely, the problem is inside our head, a projection of memories and analysis and how it affected us in past and how can we solve it? All these thoughts comes to mind and the mind concentrated on the imagination of the problem which has nothing to do with your time of eating or walking on street. Think...at the time of eating we should have been aware of the food we are eating, but instead we think of job, works, problems etc. The outside situation and the inside you are contradicting each other every time you do this, then how can there be any balance. And it became habit and norm of this modern society... To be busy every time is the prestige now a days.

But if we just be like a sun flower who always go with the rythme of sun light, who is always in perfect balance with the entity that gives life to it, then many of our problems will seem as nothing but creation of our own consciousness, which has sprouted due to our psychological inner fear, memories and experiences. As sun flower knows the way of flow of light, if we can understand the way of flow of energy inside the body and how it affect us when we subconsciously go in to negativity, then we automatically turn to positivity which is light, life and sun to us....

Just we have to aware of the light within us that flow....you may say it is blood and i may say it is energy.....
