Over green fields, trees and mountains
Flowers and forest fountains
Home along the lanes of the skyway

For this dark and lonely room
Projects a shadow cast in gloom

Reflections

This is a sad song. Its a story about a bird or maybe humans that is imprisoned and wanting to be released by the things that binds them. We all wants freedom, to do the things we want to do. The bird, as a captive, wants to be free so he could fly and explore the beauty of the world.
