in my next article with a look further into what would be the next investigation into a problem that engulfs much of society feeling alluded to or wronged by having this problem, although it is unpleasant is not at all repugnant since it can be taken to instances where it can be cured with treatments that I will later show you.

Bad breath is caused by bacteria that produce odor that can grow in the mouth. When you don't brush or floss regularly, bacteria build up in pieces of food left in your mouth and between your teeth. Sulfur compounds released by these bacteria cause bad breath.

Certain foods, especially garlic and onions, which contain intense oils, can contribute to bad breath because the oils are carried to the lungs and then out through the mouth. Smoking is also an important cause of bad breath.

Mouthwash will make bad breath disappear

Mouthwash only temporarily removes bad breath. If you use a mouthwash, look for one that is antiseptic (matheter the germs that cause bad breath) and reduces plaque, with a seal from the American Dental Association (ADA). When you decide which dental products to put in your shopping cart, it is always a good idea to look for those that are accepted by the ADA. Also, ask your dentist for recommendations.

As long as you brush your teeth, you shouldn't have bad breath.

The truth is that most people only brush their teeth for 30 to 45 seconds, which is not enough. To clean all tooth surfaces efficiently, you should brush them for at least 2 minutes, at least twice a day. Remember to brush your tongue too, bacteria love to stay there. Flossing is also important because brushing alone will not remove harmful plaque and food particles that stick between the teeth and gums.

If you breathe in your hand, you'll know you have bad breath.

Error! When you breathe, you don't use your throat in the same way as when you speak. When you talk, you tend to take the odors out of the back of your mouth (where bad breath originates), and this does not happen when you breathe. Also, as we usually get used to our own smells, it is difficult for a person to notice if they have bad breath.

If you're worried about your bad breath, be sure to take care of your teeth and mouth properly. Some sugar-free gums and sugar-free mints can also temporarily cover odors.

If you brush and floss your teeth properly and visit your dentist for regular cleaning, but your bad breath persists, you may have a medical problem such as sinusitis or gum disease. Call your doctor or dentist if you suspect a problem. They can find out if there is another problem behind your bad breath and can help you solve it.

how we can help to improve this unpleasant problem with treatment little by little but in the end we can get the required result

  • Seek Medical Help

If your bad breath condition is severe, it is already known as halitosis and in most cases is caused by stones in the tonsils, which are formed from food scraps, mucus and cells, and which clump together and cause infection because bacteria are trapped in the craters of the tonsils, causing a rotten odor, to cure the bad breath that cause these stones must be removed, already.

This medical treatment is performed by laser with which all the stones are disintegrated, lasts approximately 10 minutes and you can be at home the same day.

  • Eat Healthy Foods:

In this segment I would like to explain that to take a good diet in conjunction with good oral hygiene to be able to eliminate this serious problem, I hope that it will help you in this article where I wanted to demonstrate the solution to bad breath, then I will show you a video with a brief explanation I hope to be useful.

Sort:

From a medical perspective there are some other things that cause really bad breath too. Most notable are diabetic ketoacidosis which make your breath smell like you're drunk (alcohol) and hepatic fetor which occurs in liver failure and makes your breath smeel like... well, poop!

You're right, these are the most common causes that threaten society. Greetings.
