Without doubt, this is a case of Advanced Fluid Mechanics, but it can also be cracked logically. I would have said tank 11 would get full first, but I just looked at the tank supplying to it. Mehn, tank 10 doesn’t have hopes of getting supplies from tank 7. I could be wrong though.
