Physical activities are good for elderly people. But I also advocate that people should start quite early with it. I once stumbled on this grandma and her incredible workouts.
I was like “Wow, if grandma can do this at this age, she must have started young”
Indeed, she will likely be able to hold on to her health for quite a long time!
