NASA scientists believe that 'Gravity' is the worst and least accurate film about space

in #science6 years ago (edited)

The BBC gathered several NASA scientists to comment on what they thought of all the tapes that had been made about outer space and, to the surprise of some, Gravity was the one that generated the most conflict among the astronauts.

In 2014, Gravity, directed by the Mexican Alfonso Cuarón, swept the Oscar Awards taking a total of seven statuettes. However, the astronauts were not very satisfied with this tape.

A video shared by the BBC shows several NASA scientists describing the reasons why the tape is "the worst and least accurate movie" about space in all of history.

During the clip you hear comments like "Where is the diaper?", By the scientists who complain about the pretty underwear that Sandra Bullock, protagonist of the film, uses under the spectacular space suit.

But. As not everything is bad, the astronauts revealed that Interstellar, Hidden Figures, The Martian and Apollo 13 conform more to reality. You can see the video here.
