What do humans and plants have in common?

I noticed such a pattern that plants and humans have a similar principle of digestion. Plants, if they want to eat or in other words, they need nutrients for their growth, development and existence, they secrete enzymes through the roots in the near root environment, which is called the rhizosphere. Yes, yes, plants like all living organisms can think and control their life. So these enzymes convert microorganisms, which begin to release the necessary substances from the soil and turn them into assimilable forms for plants. Subsequently, these substances are absorbed by the plant and through the roots, through the hairs located on the surface of the roots, thereby obtaining nourishment for themselves. It is worth noting that the enzymes secreted by plants have specific values. They attract precisely those microorganisms that release the necessary components from the diversity of the presence of substances in the soil. In other words, selective release occurs. Therefore, in nature, plants never get an overdose of one substance or another. Everything works in commonwealth. After the microorganisms have dissolved the necessary substances, so to speak boiled "soup", it begins to eat plants.

What is man. In humans, there is no such function to selectively digest the necessary food in order to get the necessary substances. But the human (and not only human, all animals) selectivity is already at the level when we begin to eat. By choosing the necessary food we thereby obtain the necessary set of necessary substances for our growth, development and existence of the organism. Food getting into our stomach is digested by the microflora inhabiting our stomach. Split and processed food is then absorbed into the blood and transported to the cells where it is needed.

What happens if the plants are fed chemical fertilizers. In this case, the nutrients enter the plants directly to the plant, passing the selection stage carried out by the microorganisms inhabiting the plant rhizosphere. This is because in this form the substances are not “edible” for microorganisms, they do not process them, and why, if this is already a ready solution. Therefore, all substances trapped in this way straight into the plants. Thus, not dosing, which can harm the plant by perdosing or not properly balancing the components.

A very similar picture is observed in humans. When a person eats processed thermally cooked food, dissolving in the gastric juice, food is also not processed by microorganisms in the human stomach. And why, if it is fully ready to use. It was necessary only to transform the state of smaller fractions, so that substances could penetrate into the blood. And again, in this case, as with plants, we have uncontrolled penetration of substances into our system from the stomach. Everything starts to be absorbed without dosing. In this there is a harm of easily digestible food, which a person uses in large quantities. By eating food as it grows, we do not violate the natural interaction and existence of our body with organisms in our stomach.

The rhizosphere is the narrow region of soil that is directly influenced by root secretions and associated soil microorganisms
