After hell of thinking about what to write on steemit .,Finally i found interesting subject which is very informative and some parts of the blog will blow your mind with interesting unknown facts about sleep.,Hence it has lots of stuffs to write so i thought to make this content writing in parts .,So guys this is the first part of my blog Sleep

Why do some scientists consider sleeping to be a completely subtle topic? here i get fascinate about this subject.,And i tried to figure out some usual and regular questions which we have, but we didn't know the answer about sleep.

Question 1. How sleepy person walks without knowing himself ? Sleepwalking.
The first known case of sleepwalking was made in Germany in the early 19th century.
At that time, in the study paper of psychology, whose name was mentioned A.E (initial of his name), he was young and fond of gun shooting.He was used to sleep at night with loaded gun beside his bed.His father's bedroom was next to his bedroom.

On September 3,1839 around 1 am at night he heard a knocking on his door and he get angry,He took his gun,open the doors and shoot to the person who was knocking.,There was enough light that he can see who was there coz of full moon night but he didn't and shoot his Father.

He didn't see cuz of his sleepwalking after his wake up he realize,what have he done,He call police and told whole incident that he was in sleep and shoot his father,But police didn't get convinced and he got arrested.After long interrogation police felt strange so they decide to take help of psychologist.After studied this case psychologist came on conclusion that he shoot his father in sleep.This is first incident noted about sleepwalking in psychology studies.

Some another cases like A.E which was noted down in history is ,France police detective robert lendru case,Fraser case is on wikipediafor refrence.

One more case we should read cuz its from 21st century (October,2003) of Britain's 32 year old jule Lowe's case in which he killed his father in sleep walking and declared Not Guilty by Britain's court of justice.Whole case is here to read .

The above given example were to emphasize the importance of the fact that even though human beings would take sleep every night, primarily scientists have not been able to achieve their full form of biology.The reason is clear,not just on earth,the human brain system is the most complex formation in the whole universe.Human brain performs directly or indirectly with a total of 100 million neurons and with a total of 1.5 million kilometer long(Four times around the earth long) nerves, performs a variety of complex functions,so sleep is just one of those function.However many secrets related to sleep have not yet been found.

Question 2. What is the biological reason behind sleeping every night ?
Question 3. How much long human can stay without sleep ?
Question 4. Snoring noise wake up other peoples but why not the man who snores ?
Question 5. Compare to human,other species of earth(animals and birds )spent how much time for sleep ?
Question 6. Why our eyes always closed while we are sleeping ?
Question 7.What biological changes are there in the brain during sleep ?
Question 8. What is the accurate reason for dream ? how brain function at that time ?

Above is the usual question which comes in our mind..,we will discuss all of them simultaneously in my next blogs
