Perhaps there is intelligent life on this panet. Do you think the aliens there have a similar tax system as we use to have on earth? Are there wars, propaganda, murders, ecologial pollution?
I think it would be better to improve our own civilisation and preserve our planet from demolishon.
It's to early to say about extraterrestrial life at all - for the last 50 years only once unusual signal was detected and it never repeated.. Wars, propaganda etc, are no other than social relations and I think they are much better than, say, 100 years ago. As to planet ecosystem re-creation, there are many interesting projects, for example, rewilding Europe or Pleistocene Park
