Process:
Write down the content of your email that you want to send 

After writing down the content – go to options (Outlook taskbar at the top) – and then click on delay delivery   

Now scroll down a little bit and go to “delivery options” – here change the date and time in “do not deliver before” as per your convenience and click close.

Never change other default tabs. As soon as you will click close, your email will automatically go to outbox and would go to the mentioned recipient as per the given time and date.
