A ScaryStory Indeed

First it was the sound of a newborn baby crying by the window of her bedroom. To her, it was just a voice screaming in her head following the ghastly accident scene she witnessed earlier that day, which claimed the lives of all the passengers in the vehicle, except for the crying little baby pressed by the box that rolled on top of him on the back-sit. She sighed, changed sides and pulled up her blanket to cover her ears, closed her eyes and tried to force herself back to sleep.

Then she felt something wet drop on her face, she stretched hand to touch the exact spot it dropped but could not reach...she taught she might get up and get to the mirror to see for herself, so she tried to kick-off the blanket with her legs but she could not raise a leg either...the sleep vanished from her eyes immediately. She struggled to see through the thick darkness that enveloped her room but could see nothing. Then she felt the wet substance crawl from her forehead in slow motion down her nose, to her cheeks, through to her earlobes...being unable to use neither her legs nor hands, fear gripped her heart.

She screamed, but couldn't even hear herself. She tilted her head to her left side, the image she beheld shook her...an exact replica of herself with their tongues sticking out together...

She struggled to disentangle herself from the other image that looked like her but could not. Then she felt her legs melting into her mattress as the wet-sticky substance finds it way into her mouth...having a pungent odour and tasting like coal-tar she tried to shut her lips together but the wet, sticky-sneaky syrup had already engulfed her mouth...
Like a hand holding her up against her will...she had lost the strength to struggle...she silently begged the unseen force to take her life at once rather than torment her...she wished for morning to come, so that the sun-rays that usually penetrate through her window will be her light, but it seems like the unseen force had also hypnotized the god of the sun as the day refuses to break...
She wished she had died than witness this kind of terrible nightmare...she closed her eyes wishing it to be a dream so that she can wake up a normal person...
but then, she could not just ignore the forceful presence...she was awake, she felt a weight leaving her body. She blinked, then looked on, what she saw amazed her... Her normal self, but she could also tell that she was still lying on the mattress helpless...her normal self seems to be mocking her, as it depicts her entire existence, from childhood to teen age, to adulthood... She looked on as if beholding on a mirror as she grow from one stage of life to the other...
It dawned on her that once upon a time, she had heard a preacher talked about rapture, so she asked herself "is this my judgement day?" Next she saw, two fierce looking eyes, the form of its body she could not make out moving towards her, as a fiery force dragged her off... then she screamed oh I've been found guilty by the Righteous Judge, cause I never paid attention to His Word, my death my rapture, eternal darkness"...
