STEEMDICE.NET - A GAMBLERS PARADISE!
I am not a poor sport, when I've gambled during my life and have lost I have waked away with my head held high - knowing I chose to "gamble". Typically traditional casinos have a (.4 to 2.4%) edge over their customers' bets.

The site never states exactly what the rate is but by simply looking at the bet __ - Above/Below 50% shows a rake of 2%.
As it does for any ratio of betting i.e. Betting a # will be below the number 60 claims to have a 60% chance of occurring and also the same 2% rake.
I am a gambler at time and a 2% rake seems fair - given the time spent to create the website, upkeep, etc (even though they are making a killing from STEEMIT users) - if it were indeed 2%.
So I decided a few times in the past few days to gamble only 10 SBD each time - I played with the amount bet, the payouts, and typically a new better will win it seems..
It's laid out pretty simply - The users name on the left, followed by the block number used to "calculate the dice roll", the dice roll number that occurred with the bet, the bet ( < or > a number the user chooses... Simple right?
Below is a minuscule sample size of 53 consecutive rolls by users and the output "Dice Roll"
If your wager is that the dice roll is:
Above 50 - (100% Fair = 50%)
29 Rolls out of 53 = 54.7%
House Edge 4.7%
Above 60 - (100% Fair = 40%)
20 Rolls out of 53 = 37.7%
House Edge 2.3%
Above 90 - (100 % Fair = 10%)
7 Rolls out of 53 = 13.2%
House Edge 3.2%
The game is set as a standard such that the roll will be below a number ano that is one of the reasons why the number of large dice rolls is so extreme!
If you wagered that the dice roll is:
Below 50 - (100% Fair = 50%)
24 Rolls out of 53 = 45.3%
House Edge 4.7%
Below 30 - (100% Fair = 30%)
11 Rolls out of 53 = 20.7%
House Edge 9.3%
Below 10 - (100% Fair = 10%)
3 Rolls out of 53 = .05%
House Edge 9.9% - WOW!!!

"a provably fair, blockchain based gambling application" as stated by the website. Well I do suppose that also depends on what your definition of fair is.
My Goal is to wait for 50 consecutive rolls above 65 then bet the below 65 for .4 SBD :)
The site clearly states the return after fees when you enter the bet. I don't see your issue.
Going to flag this post too. The claims that there were any possibilities for the house to influence the results are unfunded (besides technically impossible)
Why did you need to flag this post if you can prove it it a "probably fair game?"
Flex your Reputation muscles with your entourage - I'll gladly walk away from STEEMIT and give my menial account to s newbie to help them get a boost from the beginning -
If Steemit allows this behavior from Whales to Minnows it is certainly not a community that I want to be a part of -
All I wanted was an explanation to my questions about many people feeling it is an unfair platform that should not state at the top of the "About Tab" - That it is a probably fair game - with Payouts that align with the stated Payouts -
If betting on a certain number States "60% chance of winging" (a number rolled below 60 for example - then the probability should be very close to 60% with a margin of error of .2-.4% at most with daily rolls exceeding 5,009. A 55% chance does not make it probably fair - the payouts chosen are fair like I said as long as the roll probabilities come close to the stated% as stated.. Am I wrong in thinking that?

If you wanted an explanation to your questions, you could have contacted me before you shout out "SCAM"
And if you kept on reading the "About" section you would have learned that the hashes from which the results are calculated come from the blockchain. There is no probability set anywhere.
The GUI uses "lower than" for convenience reasons - percentage = roll
If you want to play "higher than", play from your wallet directly.
It's a false scam claim. Why should it stay visible?
Read the posts I wrote and look at the screen shots - I never once disputed that the payouts were incorrect -only confused why they show at times and at others are left blank and nobody knows what the actual role was - Does that make sense?
I only flagged your Steemdice1 post because after a day there was no answers at all - no rebuttable - not even an attempt at an explanation
If the payouts were correct, what makes it a scam?
What wasn't answered in a day? Your post? How should I have seen that?
Thanks for the early support from all THREE of the first voters! - Especially @hr1 (no disrespect to the other two) - I was truly hoping to get one Whale Vote to help get this post be seen as the money I just lost on this damn scam coulda been used to promote the post - What a shame - I'll sell a few coins to grab some STEEM to help promote it further for sue now that I've got some early support - especially as I am a minnow :)
