That's clearly a scammer and has already been flagged to a rep of zero. Prior to sending anyone payment for a service, it's good practice to check their actual wallet transactions and steemd voting transactions to ensure they coincide. I saw @kxp sent you 4 SBD. Live and learn, that's all it is.
i hope more people are not ripped off in this way - i agree , i can no longer simply trust applications on Steemit. It was my mistake to send money and i appreciate very much and am humbled by kxp sending me money. i published what happened so that less people are affected by this low life scammer.
