Ripped off by Upvote scam service

Last night i received these messages from @optimisticguy promising $5 dollars upvote for $2 sent to him, and claiming he is backed by 250 loyal steemians who will upvote my post. I sent 2 payments of $2 over 6 hours ago and have received no service.

I have looked at his account now, and am becoming worried that he is aiming to take a lot of money out of Steemit and leave without providing any service.

Could @sherlockholmes and others who care about the integrity of this platform, please try to stop him from leaving with the money?

I feel sickened to have to put this post up to warn others, and i really hope @optimisticguy completes his service or returns my money promptly now.
