¡I did it for love of you!

Today I base my reflection on the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross of Calvary for humanity.

Many people wonder today what was the reason why Jesus died crucified on a cross? Some think it was a fact of history and nothing more, others think he was a righteous man but the wicked of the world crucified him to satisfy his egocentrism, others think that it was simply a fable or that it was something invented by the religious of his time . In short, there are several opinions that are collected about the most transcendental event in history.
And what do you think? Your opinion is very important to God, because there is a very powerful reason why Jesus took our place.

The true reason for this story is based on the greatest love anyone can experience in this life for humanity. Jesus simply gave himself to the evildoers who crucified him out of pure love.
The book of Luke chapter 23 says: verse 33 the following:
"And when they arrived at the place called de la Calavera, they crucified him there, and the malefactors, one on the right and one on the left." and he not only allowed himself to be crucified with the evildoers but was subjected to the worst of contempt ever lived by any man in mankind. And he did it all for love. The apostle John explains it in the best possible way so that humanity can understand the reasons why Jesus went to die crucified on the cross of Calvary.

"For God so loved the world, that he has given his only begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not be lost, but will have eternal life."

The book of Isaiah says that:
"Despised and rejected among men,
man of pain, experienced in brokenness;
and like we hid his face from him,
It was belittled, and we don't estimate it.
He certainly carried our diseases,
and suffered our pains;
and we considered him scourged, wounded of God and dejected.
But he was wounded for our rebellions,
ground for our sins;
the punishment of our peace was upon him,
and by his sore we were healed. "

Jesus received all kinds of mistreatment and punishment for something undeserved that we only had to pay. He took our pains and all our sins to the cross of Calvary, was put down and lacerated without any mercy and did not open his mouth to complain because he did everything. for love.

it would be illogical and it would make no sense for Jesus to do this for pleasure and win, he did it only to save humanity from eternal damnation.
Through that sacrifice we have eternal life and today enter the presence of God. His sacrifice was worth the pen aporque through his resurrection today we have life.

Remember that He did it just for love of you and me and hopes that today you can recognize this great sacrifice and come at his feet to serve him with love.
