Yesterday when we went to take the girls to school, I felt bad (I've had several days with a headache, I guess it's because of the heat these days), so I stayed in the car while my husband was the little girl to her classroom.

While I waited there, a cat passed in front of me, he walked slowly to hunt something, I followed it with my eyes to see what was its objective, and it was about some pigeons that were beyond. The pigeons were very animated eating, and did not realize that the cat was there ready to hunt any of them.

That made me remember how the enemy is often hanging around our lives and we have no idea what he is trying to do. The pigeons innocently ate and walked in perfect tranquility without knowing the danger they had nearby.

In the word of God we read

Matthew 6:26 Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)

26 Look at the birds of the sky, which do not sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns; and your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than them?

Here we see that God feeds the birds, and also cares for them. So with more reason He take care of us, because we are his children and he loves us infinitely.

Many times we go out into the street and God frees us from dangers that we do not even imagine. Situations that God takes away from our lives, stumbling blocks that God removes from our paths.

Just like the pigeons, that is the tranquility and security that we must have in our lives, God wants us to live confident, that our trust is full in him, and we can have peace in our walk. If our trust is in God and we put everything we do into his hands, we will be demonstrating that our faith is in Him.

There should be no fear in our lives or anguish in the future if we are fully sure that we have a God who takes care of us. Every day when you wake up and every day when you leave your house, pray, and place everything you will do in the hand of God and trust Him.

In the end ... the cat had to run away because a man passed by and the cat got scared, and the pigeons never realized that the cat was there.

And ten thousand at your right hand;
But you will not come.

If Our trust is in God, there should be no anguish or disturbance in our lives in what is to come.
