Governance is one of the more fascinating aspects of blockchains which define the decision making and control of resources. Like other blockchains Telos is built to have a complete documentation and operating structures such as:

• Full on-chain governance,
• Ability to ratify or amend the governance documents by community voting,
• A worker proposal system, and
• Election of block producers and arbitrators.

According to Telosfondation, the governance ion Telos is adjudged "GOOD. This is characterized by voting amendments to the user agreement, block producer elections, worker proposal funding and dispute resolution. The characteristics are second to none and thus qualifies Telos to possess a cohesive governance.

The governance on Telos blockahain is centered on Block producers, Proxies, Proposals, Arbitration and TF voting

• The block produces can be liked to witnesses on the #steem blockchain. Their work is to create blocks. So far @Freedomquest has voted for 30/30 trusted block producers on our behalf.
• Proxies are simply community account which can be trusted to know the right block producers to vote for. Selecting a proxy simply imply that you have consented to vote for block producers that are supported by the proxy. For Steemchurch, @FREEDOMQUEST is our proxy we should vote for ia the “proposal” tab of the “Governance” menu
• Proposals are the working document of each community. They contain the aims and objective of a community on the Telos blockchain. On the Telos blockchain, Steemchurch Working Proposal is the document that contain the purpose of our expansion to Telos. It has the name tag “STEEMCHURCH COMMUNITY EXPANSION: TELOS BLOCKCHAIN (#2) proposed By Goldenknight” in the proposal tab of the “Governance” menu.
• Arbitrators are trusted users on the Telos blockchain meant to serve as agents to help recover users account in case of a loss and also settle disputes. Steemchurch is blessed to have @Ammyluv and @Marciabon as our arbitrators. Yours truly is contemplating to become an Arbitrator on the platform too. You have to vote for them via the “arbitrator” tab of the “Governance” menu

It is necessary that on setting up of our account, we have to join others in the governance to show support and solidarity for our community - @Freedomquest and our leader @Goldenknight so that we can earn the expected funding for the prosperity of Christians and lovers of Jesus Christ.
