Sustainability is indeed needed in our everyday life.
Jesus was not a waster, he was not extravagant in any way, so we Christian ought to follow suit.
As a biologist I am aware of the fact that if some animals or plants are not properly conserved then sooner or later they will go under extinction. So you see even our natural environment needs to be sustained. Adam knew this that was why he wasn't in a rush to kill all the living things to use either for clothing or food.

Sustainability is vital.
