Dominion is not a biblical concept. "Miraculous victories" aren't either. God doesn't promise us miracles. Not everyone has the gift of evangelism. We should share the gospel with those willing to listen but when someone is saved it's the work of the Holy Spirit. Your whole post is filled with unbiblical concepts.
Did you read the Bible reference I added, if No; you shouldn't be saying this and if Yes; your biblical level of understanding is vividly on a low foundation.
