How does one get a refund from this service. I didn't notice it said it takes over 3 hours. Well my post was over 15 hours till end of payout but now its below 12 hours left. So my guess if every bot will reject the payment. So id like to request a refund.
Also i searched everywhere and i couldn't find a way to contact this service. Please add contact details so that we can reach you. If a refund is required.
I'm testing this on one of my posts to see if it's worth it. So far it has been 4 hours and I've had $2 in upvotes from my $2 investment. I really want to see if the resteems actually helps me get more followers or not.
As of right now, Steemtools does not appear to be worth the investment. I decided to test this on two posts (shared below) with $2 each.
The first post I tested on (https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@seanengman/bitcoin-cash-dream-market-and-future-visa-debit-card-and-steam-no-longer-supports-btc) only received from 4 bots and made an extra $2.03 over the course of about 8 hours.
The second post I tested on (https://steemit.com/charity/@seanengman/my-tragedy) made $1.90 and had 3 upvotes from bots over the course of 3 hours.
Maybe some more votes will come through later, maybe not. I will try again on another post using a larger sum of money. I want this work, but it has to be profitable.
