Esta semana continuamos con la dieta libre de gluten y caseína.
Como todos sabemos, la palabra "dieta" siempre tendemos a relacionarla con pasar hambre o comida aburrida o desabrida. En lo primero que debemos pensar es que al introducir alimentos sanos en nuestro organismo, estaremos contribuyendo con nuestra salud y bienestar y si se trata de nuestros hijos, estaremos actuando con responsabilidad. Por tal motivo es necesario implementar estrategias que nos ayuden a hacer el camino un poco más llevadero.

For this reason it is necessary to implement strategies that help us make the path a bit more bearable.
The gluten-free and casein-free diet should be introduced gradually. We would be talking about a food or a meal of the day. That is, in the week, make a dinner free of gluten and casein. Once you have done custom add lunch and snacks.
It must be taken into account, that the effects, when removing the casein can be observed immediately, depending on the individual. If you are young in two or three days: and if you are an adult, between ten and fourteen days. The effects of withdrawal are of short duration but can be strong, especially in young children, so one protein should be removed and then the other.
The improvement observed when removing gluten from the diet is slower. For this reason the effects are more dramatic due to its withdrawal. It is expected to observe effects in three to four weeks.
We must take into account that, casein acts as a drug in the body and as such, when wanting to withdraw it, the body will react to it.
The withdrawal syndrome, in spite of being frequently confused with deterioration due to the effect of the intervention, is on the contrary a signal to move forward, and it could even be said that the treatment is being and will be effective.

Es sorprendente lo que una dieta sin gluten representa, el no poder ingerir gluten conlleva a tener mucho cuidado con los alimentos que se consumen e incluso la manera de prepararlos, ya que el simple echo de tocar una comida con gluten produce que el tocar otra comida así no posea gluten se vea afectada. Que bueno saber que haya personas al tanto de esta situación, buen post. Saludos.
Sería muy beneficioso e importante que esta información llegara a más personas y que todos logracemos saber más sobre el tema de las dietas libres de caseina y gluten. Quiero decir que fluyera mucho más ese "saber" no solo a los que nos ha tocado descubrirlo he investigar, por razones de vivencia cotidiana y de salud. Sería más bien hermoso, pienso yo.
