Prayer is a command required by Allah (the god for the whole universe) for all human beings who live on this earth.
The five-time prayer command that is often performed by the believer, has been revealed by Allah to the Prophet Muhammad since 1439 H ago when the Prophet ascended to the heavens.
This can not be denied by all the people on earth, even he who is not a believer though. In addition to being an order, salat is also very good for a person for his or her inner and outer health.
This is like a very practical, instant and very healthy yoga exercise. You can do this to feel great results there.
In a day and night, obligatory prayers are done 5 times with different time according to the provisions that have been set by God to his servant through the prophet Muhammad.*
