This is my little sailor boy for @agneslaczo's wonderful art contest. Initially I wanted to draw something else but that would've been a bit to difficult so I chose to draw something funny instead. I truly hope it qualifies.
Ági, thank you so much for motivating me and giving me that push I needed for finally starting drawing. :)
This drawing is actually something I like and I'm proud of, which is very important. I know, it's simple and childish, but it's mine from the beginning to the end. :)

This is really lovely, childish and Sweet. It's fun to see all the entries. all are so different and beautiful on it's own. Mine is really different too haha that makes this contest so awesome.

Thank you very much Barbara! 🌼 The thing is, I have no talent, so I have to draw what I can, not what I want. So I thought I would draw something funny 😊⛵
The what you can is now and temporarly limited by the practice, please remove from your mind that it's a question of talent, or please plant in your mind that the talent comes with practice ;-)
I can swear I couldn't draw ANYTHING that I wanted ten years ago... my what I can was even not as good as is your cute drawing here.
One day my what I want became so clear and imperious, that I only practiced and practiced and improved a little everyday...I'm still improving each day as I do one painting a day, now I sharpen my skills, but at the beginning there were NO SKILLS AT ALL
Now you feel motivated, don't you ...? ^_^
These comments make me going, and motivate me! You and Ágnes are motivating me which I'll be always thankful for!
I remember I met a guy on Tsu, he's been posting his drawings and I was just amazed how good he is. He told me it took him 3 years of practice and it can be done.
Now I believe I could draw I just have to find a style that suits me. I'm not going to draw portraits, that's for sure but that doesn't mean I can't draw cartoons or something else.
So I'm confident but that's a secret :)
