First of all, thanks for the shout-out @runningproject!

Secondly thanks for this amazing resource! In the past I've just winged running, never having a set schedule, which worked decently well, but also allowed me to fall out of running consistently pretty easily.

I'm definitely going to come back to this once the roads clear up a bit, it's icy here!

No problem @jakeybrown. Definitely consider following along. I’ve done in both ways, and I can honestly say that following a plan leads to some interesting discoveries. I wouldn’t say it’s essential or required, but I guess like any other practice, the consistency and commitment sets up a different dynamic. Running on ice is not fun.
