You could follow the 5k plan and then start to add in some longer runs if you’re feeling good. As the coach, I’d be glad to work with you on that if you’re following along. If I was just trying to do my first 10k I probably wouldn’t do much more than a 5k plan but with a handful of 5-6 milers.
